What helps bring baby/cervix down?!

any tips to help baby drop/bring cervix down? I'm dilating but baby is still not down!😞

My son was same I was dilated 4 and he was still high.  When waters broke he came down

Had the same issue with my last one but nothing I tried helped 😕 she had her butt wedged in my ribcage. You can try hanging off the side of the pool in the water and just float there that might help. It helped move my first baby off my sciatic nerve
