Is diarrhea an early sign?

I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night with diarrhea and cramping for the past week. I have seven days until my expected period. Has anyone else experienced this before

It everyone does. I did but I also got that when I got the flu. That could mean a million different things just that by itself

I was constipated but everybody’s different.

For me it was, I did not throw up once but had constant diarrhea.  I feel like that was my "morning sickness "
