UTI or something else? Help/advice please 😭

Felt something funky coming on this morning, and now it burns like hell towards the end of peeing and I have to pee frequently. Urine is clear, no foul smell, but I've been peeing small blood clots for the past 2 hours as well. Lower abdomen hurts and I have the chills. Does this sound like a UTI or something worse? I'm kinda freaked out, and am in pain.

Yes sounds like a uti... go to the doctors asap before it develops into a kidney infection. Uti needs to be treated with antibiotics.

It was getting worse throughout the night, went to the doctors this morning and it was an acute lower UTI, got antibiotics and a UT pain reliever. Fingers crossed it clears up quick, first one I've ever had.
