1 month old who does not nap! Help!

I need help! desperately. I have a 1

Month old who fights her sleep so bad and refuses to nap there will be days where she is up 6:00 in the morning till 9:00 at night up constantly. I will maybe get 20 minutes here and there. I have tried EVERYTHING. Bouncer, rocker, swing, swaddling (multiple types of fabric) dark room, car rides, gripe water, lay with her, play music and sing. She refuses to sleep! which causes her to be miserable and cry all day due to over tiredness and on top of this it causes more feedings. I started adding more formula thinking she is hungry, I even changed her formula and nothing. I'm losing my mind and I'm getting desperate. 😩
