I’m having moderate lower left abdominal pain and constipation along with nausea and a headache but I’m also having my period, could these all be from the depo shot? I’ve always had super heavy periods but I’m bleeding pretty light. My symptoms used to be horrible but not like this. I feel like it’s even worse when I try walking or moving. Does anyone know if the shot caused this, if not then what did and how I can fix it? I’m about 9-10 weeks into my shot I’m due to get my next one on July 2nd- July 16. If this is a problem the shot is causing I may look into other forms of birth control. The pain also started not to long after eating breakfast this morning.
