First pregnancy; Nausea

Hi,

I just found out I was pregnant yesterday at the clinic. 😊☺️ I’ve gotten my prenatals & meds for my nausea.

Does anyone else feel nauseated ALL day and not just the morning or night? I can’t eat right, I feel too sick too. 😩 and suggestions on what to do? If there’s even anything to do for this? I would say I’m 5 weeks give or take. I find out Tuesday how far along I am. 😋
