Golf in first trimester?

any thoughts? I typically golf at least once a week sometimes two or three times a week and then when I found out I was pregnant I just made the decision to stop but has anyone out there golfed in your first trimester and through out pregnancy?

I golfed when I was pregnant last summer until my belly started getting in the way.

I think it should be fine just don’t over exert yourself when swinging - might trigger round ligament pain

As long as you were doing it before pregnancy you should be okay. I watched my husband's boss at the range go to town at 33 weeks and it had been a long time since she golfed. If ever you are unsure about activities just ask your doc and listen to your body.

Any activity that you were regularly doing before getting pregnant..like running or exercising..or even golfing is fine until you find it uncomfortable or your doctor advises you otherwise. I’ve been riding horses my whole life and if I wanted to continue riding my doctors approved it until like 20 weeks
