Anyone have a successful pregnancy after polyp removal?

My husband and I have been TTC for 4 years. I finally went in and had a HSG test done. Neither tube had the ideal spill. The left had basically nothing and the right had some. However the right side (which may be the only one working) seemed to be blocked by a large polyp and I am now scheduled to have it removed. I am nervous but also slightly excited that this may be the reason for our infertility and maybe with it’s removal we can finally have a baby. I am just wondering if any of you out there have had polyps removed and went on to conceive. And how long after did it take? Thanks and wish me luck🤞
