Molar pregnancy

Has anyone heard of or suffered a molar pregnancy before?

This is what I’ve been going through these last few weeks 😭

I went for my 12 weeks scan, I was then 13+4 weeks pregnant to find out that I had a sac there and my body was having pregnancy hormones but there was no baby. I had suffered a partial molar pregnancy! I had to go into hospital the follow week to get tablets ever 3 hours for 12 hours to pass the sac that was still growing inside me. I went through 12 hours of contractions & labour pains to be unsuccessful at passing the sac, just blood clots. I then went into surgery the next day to have the sac removed. I had blood & urine samples taking this week to check my hormone levels as they need to be back to around 20 to be normal for me to get periods & try again, my results came back at 463. I now have to get regular blood & urine samples every 2 weeks until my levels are right down to 20. Absolutely the hardest thing I’ve gone through.
