We got our embryo update today and I’m struggling to hold on to hope. Out of 15 fertilized embryos only two have made it to day 6 to be frozen and pgs biopsies. I knew to expect a drop off but it’s so steep, I was shocked. It’s very hard to hold out hope for these two but I’m trying to. My doctor said it’s very common in women with PCOS to have a high yield of eggs (we got 25, 18 of which were mature) but to have few viable embryos.

I really am grateful that we are still working with two but my goodness this process is so so hard. 😭😭😭
