Naturally Inducing Labor w/Sex

I’ll be 39 weeks tomorrow— and I’m ready to be done. Everyone keeps telling me to have sex and it’ll induce labor. I’m willing to try anything to get the ball rolling but some concerns:

-I have a lot of pressure already as baby is pretty low. What is the best position to alleviate the pain from sex on top of this?

-I already lost my plug last week, which my OB confirmed. What if I start bleeding after sex?
