3rd degree tear

please help 😭 I had my baby about 3 days ago and I had an unmediated birth I pushed her out in less than 5 minutes resulting in a 3rd degree tear... it hurts SO BAD I'm in constant tears I can't lift my legs to walk I can hardly sit on the toilet... I don't even want to think about having to poo... it's getting worse every day because I'm constantly sitting to nurse and I've tried multiple pillows and donuts to sit on.. I've tried nursing laying down but after a few it still hurts my bum. is this normal or should I call my Dr?
