So my husband and I decided that once the baby is born we want to have like a day or two for ourselves to just enjoy the moment with the baby and have an intimate time as a family. We both told our families not to come until we are ready and they all got really upset about it. We aren’t trying to take away from their moment and we understand that but it’s going to be crazy with everyone coming here to our house so we just wanted some quiet alone time before it all starts. Do you guys think it was rude of us to say something? Is anyone else experiencing this?
