Please help!

I don’t know what to do and need advice. This is super embarrassing and I hate posting this but I don’t know what else to do.. the last few days I’ve noticed that my vagina is extremely itchy. Inside and on the outside on the lips and skin surrounding it. It’s driving me crazy and I’m losing sleep over it... I think I might have a yeast infection but I don’t know... I was off my birth control pill for a week and I was sick a few weeks prior and took antibiotics... I know that those can sometimes have an affect but I just don’t know what it is and I’m scared to talk to my step mom or my doctor about it... please help..
