Anyone else have trouble sleeping during their period?
Does anyone else’s period make them have trouble sleeping at night occasionally? It’s not every period, but every few months or so, in the middle of my period I just won’t be able to sleep no matter what. Last night I only managed 3 hours sleep, and had to sleep away most of the day because I was way too fatigued to do anything else.
Nothing in my lifestyle has changed and there’s no reason I should be sleeping poorly other than my period :(
