I can’t read these thinhe 😂

Do these look normal like I’d be ovulating?! I know I’m looking for a high spike, but aside from that I don’t know what I’m looking for. I read a couple comments on here that said they don’t see an ovulation pattern. If you can, can you explain what that looks like and possibly provide a picture or an example?! Also, why does only 1 show a cover line?!
