2 years later Finally got my BFP is this real?

I’m still shaking as I write this but I got a very faint positive two weeks ago and the very next day began to bleed really heavily spoke to a midwife on the phone who said it sounded like a chemical and if I was a still bleeding after a week to come in i bled for 4 days and took the loss on the chin a week later was spotting which never happens to me so i read that a chemical can make you ovulate early or late so I decided to take a opk and the test line was darker then the control before the 3 minutes where up so I decided to do a hpt which was VERY VERY Faint went to the hospital they said I could still have HCG in my urine to wait two weeks and test again it has been two weeks and 4 days since that positive and I took a digital 🙈 I still can’t believe it , there’s a part of me won’t let myself fret excited till I go to the hospital this Wednesday for a internal scan to confirm ! 2 years and 8 months of trying I finally have my BFP this baby is so wanted and so loved already ! Ladies don’t give up even if what you think is AF arrives and you have that “feeling” test again I just knew myself I was pregnant I didn’t even need a test 😍😍 but to see those small letters just make everything amazing happy Sunday ladies 💜
