I need help!

For maybe a week now , I noticed around my area it burns as if I burnt myself down there . When i took a closer look it just looked really irritated . So I washed it with water but the water made it sting . It itches and burns . Every time I use the bathroom there’s always a white and clear discharge with also a funny smell on my underwear .. I had a UTI a couple months back and this doesn’t feel like that .. anyone know or think they know what’s wrong ??
