10 days late on period.

hey ladies, today makes 10 days that I've been late on my period. I test when I was 4 days late and also 6 days late & both were negative 😭. It wasn't morning urine, do you think it would have made a difference? I haven't tested since because it is heartbreaking seeing negative. my breast are not heavy nor sore but I do experience occasional burning nipple and short sharp pain. light daily cramping & everyday it feel as though AF is coming but it never do. I have no spotting at all! Anyone feel there is still hope?
