255 Pounds, Still look pregnant!
I’m at the heaviest I’ve ever been. I really need help when it comes to losing belly fat and just weight in general! I want to be healthy and I want to actually look good naked and in clothes. I NEED this. I just need a push and some tips! What foods help with losing belly fat? What kind of diet should I go on? What are exercises I can do at home? When I’m at the gym what should I be doing?
Also the biggest thing with me not eating healthier is I’m not one to really like cooking or to meal prep and I feel like that’s because I don’t know many recipes.
