I need advice...

I need advice of some sort. More an explanation. What do you consider the lowest someone could do to you that’d be considered sexual assault or abuse? I understand it’s a sensitive matter, and I really do apologize.. I just want to know other’s opinions. Would you consider pressuring someone into sex as sexual abuse even if they eventually consented? If x has slept with y previously but x was unconscious and didn’t know about it until later on, would that be rape? I know it’s kind of stupid, but I just really want to know.
