Two days post embryo transfer

Hi there you all. I had my frozen embryo transfer last Saturday, Jun 23. We decided to have two to increase our chances. It's been 2 days since the transfer and I am totally fine and not feeling anything unusual. Is that normal? I've read somewhere that cramps and spotting is a sign that the embryo is sticking to the uterus. Is it too early for me to get worried? I usually sleep every 2 hours, as one of the medication I am taking is making me feel dizzy. Please do let me know what are the normal changes that would actually happen during the 2 weeks of waiting. Thank you.
