Help!!
Hey guys so what’s some good tips and tricks on speeding up the weight loss and looking alittle better? I’m not asking for a magic trick lol I know nothing crazy can happen, but I go to the beach in a month and I’m trying to at least look alittle better if there’s any way. I’ve been doing keto (partly) I know it’s not completely safe to full pledge keto so I’ve been adding in a couple things to my diet. If y’all know of anything that could help, please let me know!
