Potty Training at Daycare

My 26-month old is already potty trained at home; we hardly have any wet accidents and literally have not had a poop accident in months. At his daycare they keep him in underwear and we have accidents pretty much all day. The daycare says they take the toddlers to the potty every hour, and I’m sure sometimes he goes, but multiple times a week we get sent home with clothes that he pooped himself in. I’m frustrated because he always tells us when he has to poop but apparently he never tells daycare or maybe they never ask him. It’s been like this for over a month and we just keep getting wet/dirty clothes because he doesn’t want to potty train there. Should I switch daycares or give it more time???
