5th time pregnant last time with twins I lost

I’m only 3 weeks a week ago I had a strong feeling I was indeed pregnant tired, feeling sick to my stomach. My last pregnancy was a twin pregnancy. Twins run in my family mom had twins and so did my sister. I poped a strongpositive on test and 13 hcg blood test. My question is after being pregnant with twins is my chance high for this pregnancy it’s my fifth and I’m also almost 30. I have never felt so tired and hungry and sick like this ever. I literally feel like I got hit by a bus I’m so tired all day and all night. What we’re your early symptoms of twins?? And if you were pregnant before with them is my chance higher?
