Cytotec and pills coming out

Help! Left a message for my doc but looking for similar experiences.

Took cytotec yesterday at 530, at 730 started bleeding. Passed one blood clot and all four pills were attached to it.

After that, I had about one more cramp, passed a small clot, bleeding tapered off and last night turned into a light period.

I know for a fact I did not pass this pregnancy. Is it stopping because the cytotec came out not fully dissolved? Anyone have experience with cytotec coming out and progress stopping?
