quick question

my periods have never been regular in the seven years I've had them for 2 years I was using drugs heavily I have been 8 months clean and had a period last month and then again this month I had sex on my ovulation day last month about 3 weeks before this one so I'm not really a hundred percent sure what my question exactly is but my period started today and I have been nauseous I've had really bad cramps and I've been throwing up has anything like this happened to anybody else ever sorry I know my question kind of sounds stupid but I'm just curious
