What’s going on?
I’m on cycle day 30 & have been cramping on & off for the last week & have egg white CM the last 3 days. No sign of AF yet & had BFN this morning. Cycles are usually around 30 days but have gone as long as 36. Not tracking so don’t know when I ovulated. Are these symptoms of early pregnancy or AF? I’m usually pretty dry before AF & cramps don’t start until AF arrives. Any input is appreciated!
