Has anybody ever dealt with FAS? Either with your own children or with those around you?

We’re about to adopt a baby who was introduced to drug and alcohol use throughout gestation. For everything he’s been through, he seems to be pretty healthy with the exception of his hands. They look normal, but I’ve noticed that he doesn’t open them very often and often keeps them clenched. His doctor said that that was a sign of FAS- but that’s the only sign we’ve really noticed. Just wanting to know if anybody else can relation? ☺️
