Told to be prepared for twins. Who else?

Hi guys, I am the mom of a 5 and 2 year old. I miscarried at 12 weeks in December and had a chemical thr beginning of April. I got pregnant again 9 weeks later. I got a blazing positive hpt at 9dpo, and while my levels are not super high, they are doubling very very quickly. I do not have a family history of twins, but my 5 year old was a twin, and the other baby vanished by 12 weeks. I was told by OB that they won't be surprised if this is multiples based on my age (about to be 32), my daughter's situation, my recent losses,and my levels rising so fast.

these are my levels.

9dpo- 24

11dpo- 84

13dpo- 235

17dpo- 1891

I'm really just looking for anyone in a similar situation that had been told to prepare and it was correct. Did you have a loss or fast rising numbers?

I'm not convinced but would love to hear from twin mamas!
