popping noise...

ok ladies... i know when it happens i will just know but some mad stuff has happened over the past couple of days.... 1. contraction like pains, borderline unbearable every 2mins for 60 to 90 seconds that went off after 4 hours 2. found out babies head is 2/5ths engaged 3. i have been to the toilet 3 times in 2 hours and sorry to be tmi but its very dark and very runny!(almost diahorrhea like but not quite!) 4. baby moved the biggest move hes ever done and i heard a big pop/cracking noise and it physically hurt me and brought on immediate back pain.... then nothing since, no fluid leaks or waters gone ..... Any clue on wether im in slow labour??? i feel like my body is super foreign to me now but i feel like "something" is happening 😂
