Bleeding 4 weeks pregnant

Is this normal? I got a positive pregnancy test on Tuesday and was going to confirm it today at my family dr through blood, and on my way there I started bleeding. My cramps were moderate and usually they’re severe. I have none now. It’s not a super heavy flow. Is this normal??? Should I monitor it? I’m not doubled over in pain i just got a massive headache. I’m just afraid. :/ it’s only when i wipe or its on My pad. Usually my period is in the toilet where it literally looks like I peed blood. But not that heavy this time around.
