miscarriage last yr. 11 weeks now. nerves?

I had s miscarriage last year. I am now 11 weeks pregnant. at about 9 weeks i lost all symptoms. went for the doc and everything was fine. symptoms came back next day. now they're gone again and I've been experiencing cramping but no bleeding or spotting. 
Is anyone else experiencing this?? because it's really scary for me!! 
maybe it's just my nerves?

I had symptoms up on til my 8th week. I’m still super tied but my cramping comes and goes

I will go days without knowing I’m pregnant and then will be hit like a bus. It’s totally normal. 😊 I’ve had two miscarriages and know how you feel. My doctor assured me symptoms coming and going is normal.
