Send help!!!

I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hemorrhage at 6w via ultrasound and due to some very light bleeding. no bleeding since. I am now 10 weeks. I had a quarter size of brown blood and some very light abdominal twinges lasting 30 seconds. is this normal? I have had 3 miscarriages and have one healthy baby at home. I never bled with him, only with my losses. I called my OB. just waiting for their advise and hoping to hear success stories. babies HR was 167 at 8w4d and I found it two days ago very fast on my doppler at home.
