help!!

Okay so wednesday (today’s friday) i had sex and it was very rough and had caused me some pain (enough to still kind of feel it today) but i was supposed to get my new period today.. do you think that my period could have been shifted due to how rough the sex was? i know it’s not a possible pregnancy because i swallowed and used a condom.. could this also be from a plan b i had taken back in feb. , because i read sometimes it can mess it up for up to 7/8 months after taking it.. please help and let me out! thank you girls
