Pain at 4 weeks?

I started having pain on my lower left side today.  If I push, it hurts worse.  I was due for my period today.  I have had 6 positive tests since Wednesday. (I was in disbelief)  I'm new to all of this.  Is this pain normal?

I had lower left quadrant pain for the first and second trimesters of pregnancy and it turned out I had a bleed in my uterus. Nothing serious, just something we had to keep an eye on. It could be that you ovulated from your left ovary and now you have a cyst which is 100% normal. The only thing I would say is with it being so early, it could be something like an ectopic or “tubal” pregnancy. I’d suggest getting seen sooner rather than later just to rule that out.

One sided pain. yes it is round ligament pain. Call an ob to get a appointment scheduled  for a general check up
