ladies please help me, I don't sleep at night I can't get comfortable I can't eat anything and my doctor is out of town so he won't be able to induce me for 3 weeks and I'm already 39 weeks. I called and asked him if I could do exercises to get her out and if it'd be safe an he said abstolutley. I've tried everything. please help me out with maybe some things most women don't know etc. it's my first baby
