Anybody know what this is?!?!!

I haven’t used new detergent or anything, just saw this while I was changing her.
I live in Miami I’m thinking heat rash?

It looks like a heat rash to me.. My daughter used to get them all the time when she was a baby.

Ya it looks like heat rash, my daughter got that a lot when we vacationed to Florida.
Just keep baby cool and keep an eye on it, if it gets worse then send baby to the drs.

Heat rash. My sons been getting it since he was 6 months I give him 1-2 ml of Benadryl and it goes away

Yeah its a rash. I also live in Miami I cannot leave my house anymore. Done working. Heat is unbearable.

Soo my son started getting a rash looked just like that around 9 months our ac wasn’t working great figured it was heat rash. May have been but it never went away and turned into really bad eczema. May have been 2 totally different things just wanted to share my experience
