Cramps in anus?!
Sometimes at the very beginning of my period I experience sharp pains/cramps in my anus area. It almost feels like rectal spasms and can be extremely painful and uncontrollable. It comes in waves and only lasts a few seconds at a time. Then my normal period cramps will start in my lower abdomen soon after.
Does anyone else experience this sort of cramping? Should I be worried? 😥😣
