Period cramps

Okay I need some suggestions. I already have really really bad cramps. Like I have to take 2 ibeprophen and 2 midol twice a day just to be able to get out of bed. But I don't know his period is just deciding to be a jerk and I have taken 3 ibeprophen and 2 midol and I am still in bed and can't move. I have my heating pad on high and it's my mom's so it was made before they put all the regulations on how hot they could get so it's pretty hot. But I'm still laying here in soooooo much pain. Any suggestions???
