Baby stopped developing UPDATED

I’m supposed to be 11+3 weeks today but this morning I had light bleeding and has continued all day only when I wipe though . Well I went to the ER they took blood and said my results were good but when it came to the ultrasound they could not find a heart beat and my baby measured 9 weeks . I might be in denial but is there any way they were wrong ? And my baby is okay ?

Update : well ladies I definitely lost our baby last night was passing a lot of blood clots and cramping and lost a lot of blood my fiancé was with me while I was in the tub just bleeding out . I became very dizzy and became very pale . My fiancé was on the phone with 911 when I began to have seizures when I came back to my whole body was numb and I felt myself slipping away . Finally the paramedics came and took me to the hospital their they helped me pass a lot of clots

I’m very sad and hurt and feel like I did something wrong .
