I have not had a cycle in 40 days and I’m not pregnant, I’m so lost right now and don’t like my period but need to have one. I’m not 40 yet either

For whatever reason you didn’t ovulate. Wait a couple more days if still nothing make an appointment to discuss with your dr. Could be stress ? Diet changes?
