Question about breastfeeding

So with my 1st son I never breastfed. My lactation consultant basically didnt tell me my milk would come in a week or so after baby and I wasnt producing enough colostrum and baby was very hungry three days after birth so they told me to give him formula, and I did. I wasnt very educated on breastfeeding and now Im 30 weeks with baby #2 and Im reading up and asking questions as much as possible because I desperately want to bf this baby. My boobs even leak just a tiny bit every now and then so Im excited. But I wanna know if you guys have any tips on how to breastfeed quicker with this baby or make sure my milk supply comes in like it should. Ive read about mothers milk tea and lactation cookies and Im wondering if I could try drinking/eating those before baby is born to get a headstart. I also know certain ice creams and oatmeal will also help it come in better once I start breastfeeding. Im in a new city & state and the hospital Ill be at promotes breastfeeding heavily and is very adamant on the fact that they want as many moms to bf as possible. (even csection mamas like me going on csection #2) So give me your advice! Any & all is appreciated
