14 weeks what is this 😭🤢

So yesterday morning my boyfriend and I had sex, and the position we did I regretted as soon as we were finished. I was crampy, and was sore during sex. This morning I had less than a size of a penny of brown blood in my underwear, my left rib and middle of my upper belly are sore today, and I just went to the bathroom and wiped and this came out? Is this normal? It was a light green/yellow colour. Im scared :(
