Prenatal Vitamins and Puking
So I took my vitamin about 10 minutes ago (right before bed) and threw up about 5 minutes later. Should I take another vitamin or just skip today?
I’m 16 weeks tomorrow and I’m really hoping that I’m almost done puking! (It typically happens right after I brush my teeth, and that is a vicious cycle. 🤢)
