Yesterday at about 1pm I suddenly experienced a gush of bright red blood which quickly tapered of to pink and completely stopped by 10pm. I spoke to the on call dr that sent me to the ER for an ultrasound. The baby was great and had a good heartbeat. She’s measuring 3 days ahead and they couldn’t seem to offer me any explanation as to why I was bleeding. So when I left they just categorized me as Threatened miscarriage. Has anyone else had this happen and everything turn out ok? I’m still very nervous even after being told that the baby was fine. I go in to see my OB at 1pm today so I’m hoping that will also calm my fears.

I should also mention that I am on daily blood thinners.
