My husband and I both wanted Noah’s Ark theme for our child before we even met. I did a pastel literal version for my son 21yrs ago. This time I wanted a less literal Noah’s Ark inspired theme.

If we would have had a boy we would have highlighted the orange and navy blue colors, but since we are having a girl, we are highlighting more of the hot pink and teal in the room.

I made the blanket and 6 birth cloths from a crib sheet.

The crib is pulled away from the wall about 4-5 inches just in case....although the wall art is double secured.

The canvas from our wedding won’t be there later, but it’s temporarily covering the old thermostat we won’t be using. A theme related canvas will be there though. Still want to add some things little by little.

Getting the dresser and changing table next Friday and then I can add more of the decor.

Also need to repaint my glider rocker (had it since my son was in utero

22yrs ago). I already bought and covered new cushions for it.

Can’t wait to do more!
