Don't know if I'm pregnant

My fiance and I are trying to get pregnant. I recently about 3 weeks ago got diagnosed with herpes. But a week before that we had sex 3 times and at the end of this last month we had sex every other day during the ovulation week. I have been sick to my stomach back pain leg cramps lower abdominal area will cramp and also my side's of my stomach only one side at a time. Sunday I was awake probably a total of 6 hours. Do you think I'm pregnant or is it just side effects of my STD? Please don't judge we want a baby really badly. I also have not accepted that I officially have a STD. I'm very sensitive about this. We just don't want to be disappointed if we are not pregnant.
