Ugh,pregnancy insomnia

Crystal • Mom to three(14 and 11 year Autistic twins),expecting number 4 in December 2018,and stepmom to two(14 and 14).

I woke nauseous and needing to pee like crazy(who says the urgent pee slows in the second trimester,LIARS!).I tried scrolling the FaceBook, counting sheep and reading through Glow posts. Then,I'm starving...and all that sounds good is a tomato sandwhich.I grew up spending all my free time with my grandparents, who grew up dirt poor.My PaPa would toast wheat bread, spread mayonnaise on it and slice fresh beefsteak tomatoes thickly, layer them onto mayonnaise toast, sprinkle with black pepper and salt.So I am sitting in bed now, eating my sandwich watching National Treasure, and missing my sleep.

LOL, I know the feeling.People cannot believe some of the things I crave,or can make.I'm so glad my grandparents were "frugal".

I still pee 3-4 times a night at 15 weeks😥 and can’t get comfortable... toss and turn all night long.

Just a little fact, because melatonin is only produced while it's dark, screen time wakes tour brain up and will make it harder to go back to sleep. Avoiding watching tv or playing on your phone at least an hour before you go to bed, that way your body will be ready for sleep. My fiance used to have to sleep with the tv on, but I can't do it so he's had to retrain his brain to fall asleep without tv, but now his quality of sleep is better, he wakes up a lot less during the night, and he has more energy and has list weight, all from turning the tv and phones off an hour before bed
