Is our marriage savable?

So I found my husband messaging other women trying to meet up with them and he was messaging his ex wife on an escort website to hook up with her too. Well he said he was sorry, but I neglected him because I nag too much and I don't have enough sex with him. In the end he said he won't do it again and that he was never going to actually hook up with anyone

I seen that he deleted his accounts in which he messaged women, I didn't ask him to and he didn't tell me he did (he was messaging women on a social media site not made specifically for dating/hooking up, so I have one too)

I'm currently 31 weeks pregnant and we have a one year old daughter together. I will say that my libido has been down the drain, but if he says he wants to have sex, I do it anyway. It's not like I'm denying him or anything. I don't know, I don't trust him anymore and I feel no happiness when I look at him but he doesn't want me to leave.

*He has tried to meet with his ex wife on the escort website about two years ago, but this is the first time that I know of that he's trying to hook up with other women as well
